McDonald's in Pinneberg

As always good. But unfortunately something is always missing from 3 articles. Whether that is the milk for coffee, the sugar or the complete happy meal is incomplete. The order and payment is always complete, but unfortunately you have to check the goods. Not for the first time. I am a regular customer and experience it around 3 times a week, every time.

Unfortunately not to recommend this branch. Every time a part of the order is missing. This time food worth almost € 20 was missing. Unfortunately not an isolated case. Just picked up food and found that half of it was missing at home! That's really annoying!

That your employees yesterday, January 7th, 2021 around 12:00, forbade the crew to use an emergency vehicle in their toilets is more disparaging and ignorant of their operation. These people work for the general public and are allowed to use the toilets at any time and anywhere. You and your company should be ashamed. Hopefully these very people don't have to come to your aid. SHAME YOURSELF...... !!!!!!!!

Bad service, things are always missing

A real juice shop says big ice cream on the menu, but there never is, there are always new comments. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend this McD to anyone!

Often the burgers are no longer hot, especially with the Big Mac I noticed, the fries are often only lukewarm.

It is currently possible to order in the store as well as in the McDrive. We chose the second option and got a glass with our McMenu. There are drawbacks, as the food was not really hot and we weren't asked about our choice of color for the glass. Price / performance ratio is okay, but it is relatively expensive for being a fast food restaurant.

Covid time. You can't eat in the same place, otherwise everything is fine

Hello, you will still receive an unfriendly welcome here after an endless wait. The branch manager served us at counter 1 and refused to accept 18 cents of change. He gave us a five-minute sermon that he doesn't have time to count the money. He told us loudly, spitting, leaning towards me and without a face mask we shouldn't come back and look for another branch. I have never seen such behavior before. I wonder if the hygiene regulations are being observed at all.

Extremely rude and eternal waiting! The food tastes old and cold, at most sometimes lukewarm, if you're lucky. Parts of the order are constantly being forgotten and I don't even want to start with hygiene. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN !!!

Out of 10 orders, at least one item is missing in 9 orders. It's totally annoying and almost seems to have a system. The food is as you would expect from Mc Donalds, good. The staff could be a little friendlier. Employees should also point out if there are any voucher campaigns.

How to call into the forest ... I cannot report anything bad about this branch. Yesterday there was an error in the order, a friendly complaint was very friendly. The store is clean, the food was fresh and hot and the staff very friendly. Everyone was wearing a mask. Fits 👍

Getting a warm citizen here is almost like playing Russian roulette. Please pay attention to quality and not quantity. Employees often seem overwhelmed to me. Maybe adjust the personnel key. There are definitely better branches.

No limit for your parking, friendly staff and even table service with waiter when at busy times!..

The food is messy. Sometimes a little overpriced but overall I can only recommend eating coffee or desserts. Breakfast is good too.

Mc Donalds offers a “Gym” with a basketball court but they do not offer a ball to play :) Also its pretty dirty, toilets are not clean and long waiting times for the food.

Not all of the services at Macdonald are available. There is no self- buying Maschin.

Very clean and organized. Prompt service and warm staff. Didn't enjoy the chicken nuggets and they were too soft, losing the crunchiness that makes chicken nuggets delightful. Great place for kid's to play and eat. Beautiful outdoors too.
